小时候，看电线杆上，经常贴有治疗不孕不育的小广告；而如今这些年，某些地方电视台也经常播放这类广告。
细细一想，就觉得吓人：是不是说明不孕不育的人数已经很多了呢？
同时想起之前看过的新闻，说男性的精子质量，数十年间来，一直处于质量下降状态。
今天，我们就来谈谈这个问题。
01
40年内全球男性精子锐减6成
去年，就已有报道指出，中国不孕不育患者已超4000万，占育龄人口12.5%。而不孕因素中，男性不育又占了相当大的比例，约有40%是男性的因素。
实际上，全球男性的精子质量情况，已经不容乐观。
去年7月，Human Reproduction Update发表了有史以来最大规模的人类精子数量变化研究。
研究调查了1973~2011年间欧美50个国家42935人的精子样本后，发现40年间，男性一次射精产生的精子浓度下降了52.4%，单个精液样本的精子总数减少59.3%。
按照这个减少速度，预计在25年后，这些国家男性几乎都会达到少精症标准。
中国的情况，同样不容乐观。
2015年，中信湘雅曾发布一组数据，显示近年来，该院精子库入库合格率呈现明显下降趋势，2006年合格率还有45.9%，但到2015年仅为17.7%。
第三军医大学的黄莉萍等人也研究发现，近25年来，中国正常男性的精子密度呈下降趋势。此外也有研究显示，我国成年男性的精子活动率，及正常形态的精子数均成下降趋势。
以上结论，可能吓得男同胞下体一凉，生怕自己“小蝌蚪”质量不行，也落得个不育的下场。
那么，问题来了，导致精子质量下降的因素，究竟有哪些呢？
02
泡热水澡和洗桑拿
男人的睾丸怕热，长在外面好散热。
而阴囊处一旦温度过高，容易导致精液中精子密度下降，精子畸形率增高。
所以，所有能让阴囊经常处于高温的不良生活习惯，都会导致精液质量下降。
学者黄瑞荣研究发现，经常泡热水澡或桑拿浴，是精液质量下降的危险因素。
解决方案：少泡热水澡，淋浴一下就好，最好不要去洗桑拿。
03
抽烟喝酒
经有动物实验证明，香烟的烟雾，会引起睾丸萎缩；香烟中的尼古丁，同样也会降低精子的运动能力，重度吸烟还可以使阴茎动脉收缩，影响精子的发育和成熟。
国内学者张金萍等人，通过对301例不育男性和无吸烟史的61例健康男性的研究发现，大量吸烟和长时间吸烟的男性，其精子计数、精子存活率等指标都明显下降。
喝酒对男性生殖力的危害，也不比吸烟危害小。
酒精能减少睾丸内细胞增殖、加快细胞凋亡，睾丸和附睾重量减轻，由此引起对男性生殖力的损害。
解决方案：想做个纯爷们，那么最好，把烟酒都戒了吧，别让你的小蝌蚪，找不了妈妈。

精神压力大
国内有学者搜集了4936个案例，发现男性自评的心理压力越大，他们的精子总数更少、精子浓度更低。
解决方案：找到适合你自己的降压方法。

雾霾、重金属等环境污染物
中国疾控中心环境与健康相关产品安全所研究员尚琪表示：“环境污染肯定是造成中国男性精子质量下滑、国人生殖能力下降的因素之一。这并非什么新鲜事，在一些发达国家早些年均已出现。”
比如雾霾
上海市人类精子库生殖男科专家陈向锋表示：“雾霾中的有害成分不仅会减少男性的精子数量，也会影响质量。”
除了雾霾，还有重金属污染。
有国内学者曾研究了45名重金属铅超标的年轻男性，发现他们的精子不动率、精子畸形率明显要高于正常健康的男性。
不仅来自环境污染，重金属可能来自不合格的装修材料、不合格的生活用品，通过呼吸、食物链、接触，都可以让重金属进入人体。
解决方案：这个比较难以解决，因为你没法短期内改变环境，但还是有一些办法，例如不要去雾霾区域，雾霾严重的时候呆在家里，不要去室外；街边小摊的东西少吃。
